• ¿Qué de lo que has creído es realmente un “Hoax”?

  Hoax significa engaño, broma, patraña y se refiere a “Something intended to deceive or defraud” (algo que tiene la intención de engañar o defraudar).

  

  Generalmente tiendo a no creer inmediatamente en cosas que parecen Too good to be true (Demasiado buenas para ser verdad). Cuando recibo un mensaje con algo demasiado fantástico, si puedo hago una búsqueda rápida y varias veces he encontrado que muchos mensajes sobre un eclipse que no se repetirá en 700 años, o sobre un niño desaparecido sin datos de contacto de sus padres, o que se acaba Hotmail, etc., no son nada más que un Hoax.

  Sin embargo, cuando mi suegro me envió un mensaje sobre unas llantas que no necesitan aire, I immediately googled (busqué inmediatamente en Google) “Airless tires” y mis sospechas resultaron no tener fundamento to be unfounded). Eso no era un Hoax.

  Parece que Michelin ha estado trabajando desde 2005 en su Tweel, tire+wheel (llanta + rueda)  aunque su availability (disponibilidad) al público general pueda tardarse varios años. Cómo se dice en inglés Dale un vistazo a estas nuevas llantas? = ________ these new tires. Mira el siguiente video y al final encontrarás el verbo de dos palabras.    Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

   The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
